Current cancellation conditions

Should there be a travel warning due to the Corona situation and Gerlos cannot be visited, a free cancellation up to 1 day before arrival is of course guaranteed.

General cancellation conditions

If there is no travel warning and the Corona situation is normal, the general cancellation conditions of the Austrian hotel industry come into force. These are as follows:

up to 1 month before the arrival date 40% of the total arrangement price
up to 1 week before the arrival date 70 % of the total arrangement price
last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the total arrangement price

Arrival and departure

On your day of arrival, the room will be ready at 2:00 pm, and on your departure day, you must check-out by 10:00 am.

Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 6:00 pm!
